1. Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items such as innerwear, swimwear, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at the email or phone number listed above.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
